Week 1: July 22 to July 26 = $100

"CAMP OUT" VBS - Getting S'More of Jesus!  At Camp Out VBS, kids will trek through an indoor & outdoor adventure―minus the bug spray and lack of sleep! They’ll kindle friendships and discover that Jesus is the light of the world. Join us for crafts, games, and fun activities! Children will also have the opportunity to attend two off-site field trips during this VBS (More details to follow)

Week 2: July 29 to August 2 = $150

"BAM! Summer Camp" Join us for an exciting week-long summer music camp called BAM! (Bible, Arts & Music) Summer Camp, presented by All Peoples Church in association with Zamar Music Academy. Designed for children ages 4-12, this camp will combine the joy of music with the creativity of arts and the inspiration of biblical teachings. Throughout the week, participants will engage in fun music and artistic workshops, interactive music scavenger hunts, group singing sessions, a musical/artistic field trip and more. BAM! Summer camp aims to provide a nurturing environment where children can explore their musical talents while discovering the intersection of music, arts, and spirituality.

TIMES:

9:00 am to 3:00 pm daily

*No before or after care will be provided*

AGES: 4-12

COST:

• CAMP OUT VBS (Week 1) - $100
• BAM! Summer Camp (Week 2) - $150

The cost of $100 (Week 1) & $150 (Week 2) is for the full week regardless of how many days your child attends the camp. Exceptions will not be made for daily rates. This fee is used to reserve and book the various activities and events that includes food/drinks, guest appearances, field trips, buses, etc.

Both the registration & payment must be received in order for your child's spot at camp to be reserved. Once capacity has been reached, this registration will be closed. Please register and pay today to avoid disappointment.

The last day to register and make payment is July 1st, 2024.

HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Precautions are taken for the health and safety of your child, but in the event of an accident or sickness, All People's Church, its staff, and its volunteers are hereby released from any liability. If your child requires special medication, xrays and/or treatment, the parents/guardians will be notified immediately.

APCKIDs is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for all campers, volunteers and staff. This means that all present are expected to show respect for themselves and all other people attending. This respect should also include care for the equipment and facilities they attend. Following the Code of Conduct below will ensure a safe and welcoming space for all. 

Code of Conduct Pledge 

While at APCKIDs Camp, I will: 

1. Respect other campers and staff in words and actions through treating others as I want to be treated. I will keep my hands to myself and use kind, respectful language when I speak. I will ask my leader for help if I am angry, sad, or frustrated. 

2. Respect the belongings, equipment, supplies, and facilities of camp, staff, and other campers. I will ask my leader for help if this is difficult. 

Verbal or physical abuse/bullying, intimidation, hitting and/or overall disrespectful behaviour is not welcome and will not be tolerated. Parents/Guardians will be informed of inappropriate behaviour and be included in discussions to help their child choose positive alternative behaviour. APCKIDs Staff will make every effort to help campers adjust positively, but in the end the safety and well-being of other campers will take precedence. APCKIDs Staff reserve the right to immediately remove and send home any child engaging in violent and/or abusive behaviour. 

Further Details of Terms: 

Verbal Abuse: teasing, making fun of, name calling, taunting, insulting, threatening, foul language, spreading rumours, emotional manipulation, social media bullying. 

Physical Abuse: tripping, pushing, pinching, taking items away, throwing objects, taking or destroying property of others, hitting, unwanted touching, ignoring personal space. 

Bullying: Repeated unwanted aggressive behaviour that can be verbal or physical involving intimidation, imbalance of power, and/or violence. Behaviour that is cruel and personal and causes lasting hurt, fear and harm to others. 

Agreement

I/we, the Parents/Guardians, on behalf of my/our child(ren) undertake that my/our child(ren) will follow the Camper Code of Conduct while attending APCKIDs Camp. I/we, the Parents/Guardians, and on behalf of my/our child(ren) acknowledge that he/she/they understand(s) and agrees that his/her/their participation in APCKIDs Camp is subject to the above Rules and that any breach of the same may lead to my/our child(ren) being removed from the activities and sent home early for the day or the balance of their camp week. This removal may include the cancellation and refund of any remaining registered weeks. I/we, the Parents/Guardians, and on behalf of my/our child(ren) acknowledge that any costs including the cost of transportation to return my/our child home incurred by the early removal of my/our child from APCKIDs activities is solely my/our responsibility.
